The Silverlink 600 range is extensive and includes gas and electric cooking equipment for both counter-top and free-standing use. All units are 600mm deep to make optimum use of available kitchen space. Width sizes extend from a compact 300mm up to 900mm, depending on the product type.

This modular design concept enables you to mix and match individual pieces of cooking appliances to create your ideal kitchen layout. Silverlink 600 catering equipment delivers quality and capacity. It’s also easy to clean, safe and simple to use.

The range comprises fryers, griddles, grills, chargrills, pasta boilers, oven ranges, boiling tops, and bains marie.

The Lincat "Silverlink 600" DF66 is a medium-duty twin-tank rectangular-basket fryer that operates on 2 x3kW (13amp) electrical supplies (2 x standard 3-pin plugs).  This means that it is a very simple machine to install and can be used in almost ANY kitchen.  However, it is important to note that, even though the fryer uses 3kW elements, the tanks each have a capacity of 9Ltrs of oil.  This means that the recovery time of this unit will be slower than the DF612 (2 x6kW) or DF618 (2 x 9kW).  This fryer should therefore NOT be used a primary chip fryer in a busy kitchen that needs to serve dozens of servings of chips every hour.  It is ideal for use as a secondary fryer in a large catering operation who could use it for extra portions of chicken nuggets, onion rings and so on.  Alternatively it is perfect for use in a smaller kitchen as their primary fryer if they alternate the tanks (use one, tank while the other one recovers).
