The New Solstice 14 series is the all purpose, high performance fryer. It has huge production power and can be categorised as heavy duty.

Because of the unique Pitco fry tank design, carbonisation and taste-transfer are dramatically reduced because of the larger ?cool zone? to capture the natural fall-off that occurs during frying. Costly oil breakdown is also avoided. Optional filtration also helps to ensure that the oil is in perfect condition for cooking, for a lot longer.
